Meditation Technique

  1. Create a Relaxing Space
    • Alter anything around you: visuals, temperature and sounds, in order to create a feeling of pleasantness.
    • Use light fragrances, such as lavender.
    • Sit in a quiet spot and loosen any tight clothing.
  2. Regulate Your Breathing
    • Keep your breath controlled by inhaling and exhaling deeply from your abdomen.
    • Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand on your belly.
    • Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath start in your abdomen and work its way to the top of your head.
    • Reverse the process as you exhale through your mouth.
